Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Delivery times
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
- Transit: 6 to 10 business days.
- Total: most orders arrive within 7 to 13 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak holiday periods.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to update after the first scan.
Customs and duties
All import duties and taxes are included. You will never be asked to pay anything at delivery.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us at support@hovershotgame.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a free replacement or a full refund.
