1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. Our products are intended to be used by children under adult supervision.

2. Products and safety

Hover Shot is recommended for ages 6 and up. It contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3. Foam darts must never be aimed at people, animals or faces. Please read and follow the safety instructions included with the product. Product images are for illustration; minor differences in color or packaging may occur.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one displayed when you placed your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability, in which case you receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

5. Refunds

6. Reviews and content you share
